BOB SEGER · PINE KNOB · 1978
He was on the bus
Tom Weschler wasn't shooting from the press pit. He was Bob Seger's road manager with a camera around his neck — and Detroit's inside man at the Grande Ballroom, Cobo, and Masonic through rock and roll's greatest era. Every photograph here is his: shot by him, owned by him, printed from his own negatives. No label licensed these. This is what it actually looked like.
